Yatra Lead

Arrive 10 to 20 min before class for installation and meditation.

Entrance at the back of the building at the top of the stairs. -
Leave all belonging in the entrance and enter the studio with your floor mat only.

To ensure a comfortable space for everyone during our deep breathing practice, please avoid wearing perfumes or strongly scented products to class. We burn encense during class :)
